Personal training sessions can be tailored to whatever you would like to be working on. They can be based on martial arts tuition, or strength training including weightlifting and bodyweight exercises, cardiovascular conditioning, coordination and skills development, flexibility, mobility, stability, postural work and rehabilitation, or body-awareness and meditative practices.
I promote body-positive training, so I will not weigh you, nor will I ask you to adopt any restrictive or severe diets - instead I will teach you about exercise.
