Some people like training with weights. Others use bodyweight exercises only. Some like cardio, and others don’t. Some dance, some practice yoga, sometimes we swim.
“I don’t train with weights, I only use my bodyweight”.
“I’m a Powerlifter; I only lift heavy shit”.
“Nah, what you gotta do is Tabatas. That’s where it’s at”.
It’s all propaganda. And it all assumes that the important thing is the training, the system, rather than that important thing being you.
You don’t serve the training. The training serves you.
That’s what Personal Training is.
