We offer fitness training classes and therapeutic massage at the convenient location of your workplace.
I have found over the years that postural stability and flexibility training can be a very practical use of one's time at lunch. Tension and immobility issues can be addressed, we can workshop movement restrictions and injury care, and it's very easy to take these principles and apply them throughout the working week in small ways that can help to ease tension and improve concentration.
Other fitness activities that are appropriate for a lunch-break include balance, mobility and core strength training, as well as Tai Chi and Qigong, which are meditative in nature. If you have the time, we can work on something a little more intense or cardiovascular, but oftentimes people don't want to get too sweaty over lunch.
Classes can be anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes, and can be conducted in any room that will hold the desired number of attendees - usually a small meeting room or function room will suffice. Training can also be conducted outdoors, if there is a park close by.

The most frequently desired treatment is the neck and shoulders massage, but many other problems can be effectively addressed over time, such as lower back pain or tightness, as well as forearm, wrist and hand fatigue.
